Company History

Pee Dee Building Systems was started in Society Hill, South Carolina in 1994. We relocated to Hartsville, South Carolina in 2003.

In 1994, Pee Dee Building Systems was born. After working for several years in the metal building industry, I decided to start my own business. Myself, and a crew of four others, started selling and erecting buildings from Society Hill, South Carolina, 11 years ago.

Due to the graces of God and the support of the good people of Society Hill and surrounding communities, We have grown rapidly. In 2003, we relocated Pee Dee Building Systems to Hartsville, SC and now serve both North and South Carolina.

We are a family owned business. My wife Rebecca is our book keeper, and my brother-in law, Mike Frazier is our friendly sales manager. Our five wonderful children, Brandy, Hunter, Dallas, Julius, and Morgan, are destined to partake in the family business one day as we look forward to serving you for many years to come.
